FAQ

Is Kintsugi relevant to my company’s industry or challenges?

The beauty of Kintsugi is its adaptability. Celine Santini has worked with organizations across diverse sectors, from tech companies and healthcare institutions to sustainability-driven businesses and creative industries. Whether addressing leadership resilience, team cohesion, or crisis recovery, the metaphor of Kintsugi provides powerful and actionable insights.

Kintsugi-based leadership and team-building interventions are particularly valuable for:

Businesses committed to sustainability and upcycling, aligning Kintsugi with environmental values

Companies facing restructuring, mergers, or cultural integration post-acquisition

Teams experiencing burnout or seeking renewed engagement and purpose

Leaders navigating crisis management, reputation rebuilding, or personal reinvention

Organizations focusing on employee well-being, mental health, and emotional intelligence

Teams seeking a creative and immersive team-building experience

What makes Kintsugi corporate training and team-building unique?

Unlike traditional leadership training, Kintsugi coaching and workshops combine storytelling, introspection, and hands-on experience to create deep, lasting transformation. Designed to engage all five senses, these immersive sessions are not only memorable and enjoyable, but also foster powerful emotional and cognitive anchors—participants leave with lasting insights and the feeling of having shared a meaningful, joyful moment as a team.

What are the formats of your services?

Celine Santini’s interventions are fully customizable, ensuring alignment with your organization’s specific needs. Available formats include:

Webinars & Online Sessions: Virtual engagements for global teams

Keynotes: Engaging, high-impact talks designed to inspire and transform perspectives

Keynote + Workshop: A powerful combination of insights and hands-on practice

Executive Retreats: Multi-day immersive experiences for leadership teams

One-on-One Leadership Coaching: Personalized guidance for executives and managers

What does a Kintsugi workshop look like in practice?

While everything can be customized, this is what a typical format looks like:

Each workshop typically begins with a powerful Kintsugi Keynote, introducing the philosophy and the six symbolic steps of the Kintsugi process.

Then participants then receive high-end black and gold materials to create their own piece. The experience alternates between theory, introspection, and artistic creation—one step at a time: reflect, feel, shape.

Along the way, sensory surprises engage all five senses to enrich the process and create a joyful, immersive experience.

The workshop concludes with a guided meditation to seal in the transformation.

Each participant leaves with their own repaired Kintsugi bowl—a tangible symbol of both the day and their own life journey.

How long does a Kintsugi corporate workshop last?

Every intervention is tailor-made. While the most immersive format lasts multiple days (such as an 8-week prison program), the shortest one—crafted for Netflix—was a one-hour virtual keynote + workshop. However, the ideal minimum for a complete in-person experience is 3.5 hours. From short team-building sessions to full weekend retreats, everything can be adapted to your needs.

How do you tailor interventions to specific business challenges?

Each engagement is carefully customized in advance. Celine collaborates with your team to understand your company’s unique challenges, ensuring that the message, format, and activities align with your objectives. Whether it’s fostering innovation, guiding teams through change, or enhancing workplace well-being, the approach is adapted accordingly.

Can Kintsugi workshops be integrated into our existing leadership or well-being programs?

Absolutely. Kintsugi-based sessions complement and enhance existing leadership development, change management, and well-being initiatives. Rather than replacing traditional programs, they provide a unique experiential layer that reinforces resilience, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. Many companies integrate Kintsugi workshops into leadership retreats, mental health awareness weeks, or team-building events to deepen learning and engagement.

What kind of clients do you collaborate with?

Celine Santini has worked with top-tier companies and institutions, including Netflix, IKEA, Brother, Sobi, The Red Cross, and major leadership events worldwide. Her insights have been sought after for corporate resilience, well-being, and transformational leadership programs.

A few examples include :

  • workplace well-being at Netflix

Why bring Kintsugi into organisations?

Because organisations also experience fractures: change, crisis, tension or loss of direction. Kintsugi offers a symbolic framework to face these moments with clarity and humanity, without denying difficulty, and to explore how fragility can become a source of collective strength.

In which professional contexts is this approach relevant?

Team cohesion, leadership challenges, organisational change, restructuring or loss of meaning. This approach is relevant whenever human tensions surface and a space is needed to reflect, slow down and reconnect people to a shared sense of purpose.

Is Kintsugi compatible with business environments?

Yes, when used with rigor and discernment. It is not decorative well-being or abstract self-help, but a meaningful symbolic approach that helps organisations reflect on responsibility, fragility and performance in a grounded, respectful way.

What formats are available for organisations?

Keynotes, conferences, team building experiences, workshops and executive support. Each format is adapted to the organisation’s context, maturity and objectives, while preserving the integrity of the Kintsugi framework and its depth.

Are these interventions suitable for international audiences?

Yes. The symbolic language of Kintsugi is universal. It transcends cultures and hierarchies, allowing diverse teams and international audiences to share a common understanding of change, resilience and human complexity.

What is the main intention of these interventions?

To create a safe space where tensions can be acknowledged, explored and transformed into levers for growth, without oversimplifying reality or forcing solutions, and while respecting the intelligence and experience of each organisation.
