Experiences that resonate with today’s organisations

Celine Santini is an award-winning author and international speaker specialising in Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken objects with gold. Rooted in tradition yet deeply contemporary, Kintsugi offers a powerful metaphor to address many of the challenges organisations face today.

This approach naturally resonates with key corporate themes and CSR priorities, including:

  • resilience and adaptability
  • sustainability and responsible transformation
  • quality of life at work and wellbeing
  • change management and organisational transitions
  • team cohesion and collective intelligence
  • mergers, restructuring and identity shifts

These themes are explored through keynoteworkshops and experiential formats specifically designed for each organisation, turning team building into a meaningful and memorable experience that combines reflection, creativity and engagement.
